What is the warranty?

Ozlo Sleepbuds come with a 1-year warranty. In the EU and UK, that is extended to two years. See Details

Do they have noise cancelling?

Our Sleepbuds® feature passive noise cancellation to block out snoring and other disruptions. In addition, we offer “noise masking” audio content (think, white noise, ocean waves, babbling brook, etc) to cover up and replace any sounds that bleed through the passive seal of the comfortable silicone tips. This “block and replace” noise-masking technology is different from active noise cancellation, and our testing indicates that it’s more effective for the sleep use case in a bedroom environment.

Can I stream anything?

Yes. Ozlo Sleepbuds® can stream anything (Netflix, Spotify, Audible, Youtube, etc) that a normal bluetooth headphone can.

Do they have an alarm?

Yes, Sleepbuds® have a built-in private alarm which can be set up through the Ozlo app. The alarm doesn’t require the phone to be connected, and still works even in bluetooth disabled mode.

Is there a phone-free mode?

While a phone and an active bluetooth connection are necessary to initially set up and to stream audio, your Sleepbuds® can be configured to automatically play your built-in Sleep Sound as soon as you take them out of the case. No phone or bluetooth connection required.

What is the wireless range?

Ozlo Sleepbuds® have a range of up to 10ft (3 meters) from the Smart Case. The Smart Case has a range of up to 10ft (3 meters) from the source device (like a phone). This range may be reduced by physical obstructions, such as walls and doors, or by interference from other electronic devices. 

Does the Ozlo app work on Android and Apple Devices?

Yes, the app will be available for Android phones running Android 12 or later and Apple iPhones & iPads running iOS 17 or later.

    Love these!

    After using Bose sleepbuds to mask tinnitus, I eagerly jumped onto the OZLO Kickstarter. The masking sounds are a huge help for me getting a solid night's sleep and my wife appreciates the in ear alarm.

    I've tried competitors, but find the fit and increased features in the OZLO sleepbuds are hands down superior.

    I love them. Life saver.

    Bought them out of Indiegogo when they were still in development. This review was long time overdue. I love the product, it works great and it is an improvement compared to the old Bose model. Plus, the team is restless, if you report a bug, they will work hard to fix it asap. Love my Ozlo.

    Absolutely Loving My New Oslo Sleepbuds!

    I recently received my Oslo Sleepbuds and I couldn’t be happier with them. From the very first night, they’ve made such a difference to my sleep routine. The fit is incredibly comfortable – they sit so snugly in my ears that I barely notice them, even when lying on my side. The sound quality is beautifully calming and really helps block out external noise. I’ve been sleeping more soundly than I have in ages!

    A special shoutout to the Oslo customer support team, especially Aiesha– she was absolutely fantastic to deal with. Friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. It’s so refreshing to receive that level of service these days, and it really made the whole experience feel personal and professional.

    A good night's sleep is worth the hefty price

    My partner snores, and unfortunately, I am a light sleeper. After using Apple AirPods for a while to mask the sound, I had to find something more comfortable.

    The price of the Ozlo Sleepbuds is hefty, but after using the sleepbuds for a couple of months now, they are worth it. They are comfortable, last through the night and have important features such as being able to set an alarm and a wide range of masking sounds. And most importantly, they mask snoring sounds effectively! It might take some trying out to find the sound that will work for you, but once you've got it, you're set!

    I did have one of the sleepbuds die on me after just a couple of weeks. Fortunately, after a few e-mails with support, they offered to replace my set with a new one. This replacement set has been working without any issues since. Thanks goes out to Renz and Naro for their support!

    I love them BUT

    To start they are great headphones especially for their use case, they do not bother me when sleeping on my side which is all I've wanted and they sound pretty great, the app is decent too, connectivity especially for first time can be abit annoying and having to open the app every time to connect is abit annoying but I think the biggest con especially at this price point is 0 controls like not even tap to play/pause or skip so when I'm laying down I have to open my device just to skip whatever I'm listening to and that gets very frustrating when I’ve finally found a comfy position but other than that? They're great maybe we can see a revised version wirh this feature but even then you'd really expect in on earphones at this price
