What is the return policy?

Do they have noise cancelling?
Our Sleepbuds® feature passive noise cancellation to block out snoring and other disruptions. In addition, we offer “noise masking” audio content (think, white noise, ocean waves, babbling brook, etc) to cover up and replace any sounds that bleed through the passive seal of the comfortable silicone tips. This “block and replace” noise-masking technology is different from active noise cancellation, and our testing indicates that it’s more effective for the sleep use case in a bedroom environment.
Can I stream anything?
Yes. Ozlo Sleepbuds® can stream anything (Netflix, Spotify, Audible, Youtube, etc) that a normal bluetooth headphone can.
Do they have an alarm?
Yes, Sleepbuds® have a built-in private alarm which can be set up through the Ozlo app. The alarm doesn’t require the phone to be connected, and still works even in bluetooth disabled mode.
Is there a phone-free mode?
While a phone and an active bluetooth connection are necessary to initially set up and to stream audio, your Sleepbuds® can be configured to automatically play your built-in Sleep Sound as soon as you take them out of the case. No phone or bluetooth connection required.
What is the wireless range?
Ozlo Sleepbuds® have a range of up to 10ft (3 meters) from the Smart Case. The Smart Case has a range of up to 10ft (3 meters) from the source device (like a phone). This range may be reduced by physical obstructions, such as walls and doors, or by interference from other electronic devices.
Does the Ozlo app work on Android and Apple Devices?
Yes, the app will be available for Android phones running Android 12 or later and Apple iPhones & iPads running iOS 17 or later.

While there is a microphone in the charging case (to assess the noise level in your sleeping environment), there is no microphone in Sleepbuds® to support phone calls.

The Ozlo sleepbuds allow me to listen to music, audiobooks, or just masking sounds and fall asleep. When I fall asleep, audio shifts from listening to audiobooks or music to masking sounds automatically. My husband uses a CPAP machine. I used to earplugs to stay asleep. Now I use the Ozlo sleepbuds. The sounding alarm function is a great feature which wakes me up without waking my husband. I also like being able to sleep on my side and not be bothered by the flat-profile ear inserts. I definitely would recommend and would buy them again.

I’ve been having issues with my sleep for years. I had purchased several sets of headphones for sleeping. Those didn’t help at all. The Ozlos do great at helping me sleep through the night. It shuts out a lot of noise. Especially my husband’s storing.
I will tell anyone considering these to think of them as sleep headphones and not the headphones you’d use for other activities. You’ll need to consider a different type for that.

I am very impressed with the Ozlo sleep buds. I’ve tried everything from ear plugs, headbands with speakers on them, wireless earbuds and nothing felt comfortable. I enjoy listening to relaxing sounds and being able to sleep comfortably with the sleep buds in my ear. What’s really impressive is the customer service that the company provides honestly is top-tier. For me that alone adds the value to my Ozlo sleep buds. If there’s issues, the company resolves them immediately and they have excellent communication..
